From sustainability director to sustainable business strategist

We continue to grow and are proud to announce the recruitment of Fredrik Rosenholm who has joined the Lynxeye Society team. Fredrik has previously had the role of Sustainability Director for the Finnish Paulig Group with Santa Maria and Risenta in the brand portfolio and prior to that he was in charge of the development of the new Sustainable strategy for H&M Group.

“With my almost 20 years of experience from sustainability and business, I will strengthen the Lynxeye Society team in helping companies to find the opportunities that are at the intersection of the three perspectives of sustainable development, human motivations, and the role of the company. I strongly believe in building new business models based on this, with a clear and positive effect on both society and brand. I’m excited about an assignment where I, in addition to strategic work, also can continue to work tactically with, for example, program development and implementation,” says Fredrik Rosenholm.

“We are convinced that the future belongs to the companies that realize there is no contradiction between doing good and making money, where sustainability is really part of the core business. Fredrik’s experience of strategic as well as tactical sustainability work and concept development will be valuable in our work to create purpose-driven change with our customers,“ says Sara Watz, Managing Director and Co-founder Lynxeye Society.
