franUniqlo is one I feel is worth highlighting. While it has a fairly simple purpose of uplifting customers' lives with good clothing at accessible prices, it delivers that brand philosophy very clearly, reflecting Japanese sensibilities consistently across product innovations, marketing strategy, and even in the ways in which their organizational functions work together.
