Introduction

We understand that your privacy is important to you. Lynxeye AB (“Lynxeye”) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data, which is why we want to remain completely transparent regarding how we work and how we handle your personal information. Below we explain how we handle and protect your personal information when you are involved in our recruitment processes.

What information do we get?

When you apply for any position at Lynxeye or otherwise express interest in working with us, you will be asked to provide your contact details; name, email and phone as well as your CV and other relevant information to the recruitment process.

During a recruitment process we gather various information from different sources, for example through interviews, your references, personality and cognitive tests.

Who will see your information?

Your information will be viewed and processed by Lynxeye’s recruitment team and will not be shared beyond that without your consent. To see which third parties may gain access to your personal data for administrative purposes, please see third party access.

Using social media to apply

You have the possibility to apply to a position using your Facebook or LinkedIn account. By associating your social network account with us or logging in to our career portal using your social network account credentials, you give us permission to access information that you have made available in your public profile for that social network account. The information available in your public profile varies based on the social network and your settings, but may include your email address, real name, profile picture, gender, and location. We use the information we receive from your social network account in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy.

If you join Lynxeye

If you receive and accept an offer to join Lynxeye, we will keep any data you have provided as well as any internal assessments and documents from the recruitment process in accordance with our employee privacy policy.

If you don’t join us right now

If you don’t get an offer right now we will keep your application for three (3) years, including all submitted information, and any other documentation we have from the process, such as evaluations and test results to keep you in mind for future opportunities.

Third party access

For our recruitment processes we use the Team Tailor platform and may also use external HR specialists. All our partners who handle your personal data comply according to GDPR standards, and have signed contracts (Sw. biträdesavtal) to protect your rights as an individual.

Privacy

We understand that your privacy is important to you and will not share your data outside of our recruitment team or use it for any other purpose than that of recruitment.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) you have a number of rights with regard to your personal data. You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict processing, object to processing as well as in certain circumstances the right to data portability.
