Lynxeye is expanding beyond our reach in Europe and Asia, building out a team in the United States from our New York office, led by our new Client Development Leader Katie Friend Lelarge.

Our new New York office

Katie is an innovation professional who joins us after 10 years at McKinsey where she was the Director of Strategy and Operations of the ESG practice. Before that she was the Head of Operations at McKinsey’s Innovation Practice, where she helped clients assess their innovation portfolios of products, services and operating models to generate new growth. She also ran McKinsey’s Innovation Quotient for clients across all major industries.

She is also an experienced thought leader, who co-authored McKinsey’s Top Women Innovator article series, was the executive producer of the Committed Innovator podcast series, and contributed to many other pieces on innovation.

Companies that innovate without a purpose run out of steam quickly. Those that have a higher calling have the stamina for follow-through and impact. The Lynxeye team has been focused on purpose-driven innovation for decades. With this crew of McKinsey and P&G alums, analysts and brand specialists working together, I'm very optimistic about how we can help top brands focus on purpose-led innovation.
Katie Friend LelargeClient Development Leader

Prior to McKinsey, Katie helped multi-generational entrepreneurial families invest their wealth for the future, in the public markets, while working at UBS and Goldman Sachs. Before business school, Katie led teams of engineers and technicians in Schlumberger’s factories in Burgundy and Alsace innovating physical products indispensable to utility clients across 30 countries.

I’m excited to be working with Katie again. I had the privilege to collaborate with Katie at McKinsey and was always impressed by her creativity and innovation skills. I can think of no better person to head up our New York office and help our clients to shape new purposeful businesses and brands in the United States, as well as globally.
