Client Leader

Marcus Dennerstedt

I am a strong believer in the power of combining agile strategy with customer-centricity and have seen first-hand how this approach can lead to game-changing outcomes. I am a confident leader, a skilled team player, and a quick-thinking problem solver who is always up for a challenge.

My background as a management consultant, with a focus on strategy and digital transformation, has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience that I bring to each project. My recent stint at Ericsson allowed me to put my passion for corporate responsibility and sustainability into action.

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing tennis and listening to my collection of vinyl records. These interests help me to keep a healthy balance between work and play and allow me to stay fresh and creative.

What is corporate purpose?

To me, it means that a company has a clear and long-lasting answer to the question “Why?”. In volatile industries with a changing climate, that answer will be put to the test where it’s crucial to dig and think deeply about it.

Think ecosystem rather than traditional customer and supplier roles. And think sustainability rather than short-term profit.

When do you love your work?

First of all, the clients and the privilege of working on some of their most important challenges. Also, being part of the passionate Lynxeye community gives me a lot of energy. In my view, what sets Lynxeye apart is the true passion – for solving problems for clients, for learning and for helping colleagues develop. Even the coffee machine chats are great at this place!

Name a great purpose example

I get inspired by companies that go beyond the obvious in building connections with their customers, their employees and their partners. Think ecosystem rather than traditional customer and supplier roles. And think sustainability rather than short-term profit. My former employer Ericsson is on an interesting path, evolving from a traditional role to one as the center of an ecosystem providing value to a much broader customer segment.
