Lynxeye is growing leaps and bounds! We are strengthening and significantly growing our international presence in the United States by partnering up with Artemis Connection, the successful ex-McKinsey, ex-BCG, ex-Bain strategy firm led by Christy Johnson.
This will bring our Nordic values, our purpose-driven approach to strategy, and our leadership in brand design and innovation to the North American market.

Katie Friend Lelarge will join Lynxeye’s North American team and will head up our new New York office. She is an innovation professional who joins us after 10 years at McKinsey where she was most recently the Director of Strategy and Operations of the ESG practice and previously the Head of Operations at McKinsey’s Innovation Practice. There she helped clients assess their innovation portfolios to generate new growth. She also ran McKinsey’s Innovation Quotient for clients across all major industries.
