Meet Anna Björk

Cultivating growth in people and talent

What brought you to Lynxeye back in 2016?

I worked with marketing and brand management at Procter & Gamble from both Stockholm, Sweden and Geneva, Switzerland. But after almost a decade, I decided to change paths and become a management consultant.

I had done an internship at Lynxeye during my studies at Stockholm School of Economics and the insights-driven approach appealed to me. So it was an easy decision to join Lynxeye when an opening as Senior Team Leader came along.

I haven’t regretted it since! Both working with client projects and developing our people and our business is so rewarding. I get to work with curious, brilliant and fun people that all want to create a better tomorrow.

I’m passionate about ensuring the future of the company by managing engagement, sustainability and empowerment of our Changemakers.

What is the most satisfying part of your work?

That must be cultivating growth in people and talent. I’m passionate about ensuring the future of the company by making sure our Changemakers are engaged, empowered, and feel that they have a sustainable work situation.

What inspires you most at the moment?

I’m leading an amazing team of strategists, analysts and designers who, with expert skillsets in each of their fields, are making our clients’ transformations not just real but successful.

Therefore, it’s impossible to only pick one thing! I’ll pick two instead. Firstly, we are currently on an exciting expansion journey where I get to focus the best part – attracting, recruiting and retaining Changemakers of all kinds. Secondly, it’s nurturing our skills within the company and coaching our Leads within each skills area.
