My dual background in business and psychology has equipped me with a toolbox that allows me to view and solve problems holistically. I’m intrigued by understanding different perspectives to things and I believe that an open and curious approach often opens for new and better solutions.

I have an MS.c. degree in Organisational Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School and a BS.c. degree in Psychology from Lund University. Prior to joining Lynxeye, I worked at Sony as a part of their startup acceleration program team where I primarily worked with venture scouting, market analysis and innovation.

What is your favorite purposeful company?

One of my favorite purposeful companies is LEGO. It’s a resilient brand that has maintained the traditional feeling of a family-owned company, while still being highly innovative and responsive to their customers. I think it’s a great example of a company that was able to successfully turn a declining business around by prioritizing their purpose. Staying close to their core has enabled them to create a brand experience with an appeal that spans generations, which I think is very impressive.

What is the biggest business impact you have helped create?

I was involved in a project investigating how to better identify and target female-founded startups. A way of working towards closing the gender financing gap within the startup ecosystem. This resulted in insights and recommendations for a startup investment team, which they now use in their work towards narrowing the investment gap.

What inspires you at the moment?

I’m always inspired by companies aiming to form the future of food, whether it’s about sustainable packaging, improving the supply chain or producing healthier and more sustainable food alternatives. It’s an industry in constant forward-motion which is exciting.
