I have local and international experience working across a wide range of categories such as retail, FMCG, food and spirits, fashion, beauty, telecom, finance, health care, and media & entertainment.

Soccer player, team captain, coach and referee. M.Sc. in Marketing & Media Management and B.Sc. in Accounting & Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics. Exchange studies in Sydney at Macquarie University. Previous experience from H&M, BlueCarrot and Nepa before joining Lynxeye. Over 7 years of professional experience from brand- and management consulting.

What’s your favorite purposeful company?

Spotify has really changed the way we consume music. Not only have they made music accessible to more people around the world, but they are also great at making it easy for everyone to discover and enjoy new music (nothing makes me long for Monday mornings like my updated Discover Weekly playlist!). They bring music makers and music lovers together by providing new ways to experience and explore music, democratizing the music industry.

What does purpose for companies mean to you?

I would say that companies must have a clear purpose today! Consumers expect it, employees look for it and society needs it. A purposeful company is a value-driven and bold company that actively works for a better tomorrow and sees its business as something bigger than itself. An opportunity to do well, while also doing good.

What’s the most satisfying part of your work?

I love when constant learning is encouraged. And I thrive in the combination of leadership and problem-solving. It’s so much fun working together with other changemakers, both on the client side and in my team, to create purposeful and wanted brands of tomorrow.
