Purpose is the key differentiator in being a memorable brand that impacts people’s emotions and actions.
Currently one of my favorite purposeful companies is the Swedish company called Kivra which is a digital mailbox. In addition to facilitating and collecting letters in one place, they also contribute to a more sustainable society by switching from paper receipts to digital receipts.
