ACO came to Lynxeye in a situation where they were facing a rapidly evolving market landscape with intensified competition. They experienced that their market position was being challenged from multiple directions.


Lynxeye helped ACO Nordic find a way to target a younger group of customers, without alienating their current base. Targeting was made actionable by developing a new brand strategy that included an implementation plan.


ACO Nordic went from being a small-scale supplier to pharmacy chain Apoteket, to being a leading skincare brand throughout the Nordic region.
