Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be based in our Stockholm office, but work with our international team on a daily basis.

The role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an agile doer in our communications team, working closely with our Communications Leader to execute marketing activities and make sure Lynxeye is seen and heard around the world.

You will play an essential role in keeping the flow of content going in our digital channels, as well as in making sure that our marketing events deliver stellar experiences for clients and prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Create short-form content for web, social media and newsletters, including basic image and video editing.
  • Edit and adapt existing content for web, social media and newsletters.
  • Support other team members in content generation and production, incl. desktop research.
  • Write press releases/news announcements and compile press kits.
  • Foster and promote social media engagement within the organization.
  • Contribute strategic and creative ideas to content strategy and content calendar.
  • Help manage follower interaction in social media.
  • Project manage digital and in-person marketing events.

To be successful in this role, you need to

  • have an education or degree in a relevant field and a few years’ experience from similar positions;
  • be a good writer, business proficient in English and Swedish, and a humble, but thorough editor;
  • have a sense of branding and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice;
  • be experienced in content creation for multiple channels and formats;
  • be a confident user of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel); and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro); and
  • either have worked with or be able to quickly become native in: WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager (or equivalent tools and services).

The following characteristics might put you ahead of other applicants

  • good understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them to content ideas,
  • knowing how to optimize your writing for SEO,
  • used to working data driven and towards success metrics,
  • experience in producing or marketing podcasts, or
  • a background from branding or other B2B consultancies.
