Insights Manager

We are looking for an Insights Manager, a role for you who are an expert within quantitative market research and insights generation. The role is based in our Stockholm office, but you will work internationally with colleagues and clients.

The role

As an Insights Manager, you will help leading companies make strategically important decisions through advanced market and customer intelligence. You will take lead in shaping actionable recommendations for our clients by identifying key questions, selecting suitable methods, and executing research and analysis.

In client projects, you will sustainably develop leaders and teams in line with our company objectives and business strategy at Lynxeye. An Insights Manager is an important role model for company leadership, culture, and values in the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsibility for leading effective project workstreams and teams consisting of insights experts from Lynxeye, sub-contractors and clients.
  • Contribute with thinking and coaching in research, insights and analytics, to customers and Lynxeye colleagues.
  • Apply strong quantitative method expertise and guidance within the broad area of analytics solutions.
  • Build and develop existing client relationships together with Client Leaders, handling multiple key stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
  • Identify and realize further sales potential within on-going client projects.

To be successful in this role, we believe you are an expert within quantitative market research and insights generation. This includes mastering solid survey design, as well as advanced analytics ranging from different clustering techniques, latent variable analyses, to predictive modeling. However, you appreciate that a useful output always trumps a complex statistical procedure.You’re also willing and able to broaden you skills into qualitative methods.

You have proven ability to successfully lead complex research and insights initiatives and to structure complex issues and translate them into understandable and actionable recommendations that create strong business results. You’re a strategic thinker and decision-maker with a solutions-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast, dynamic, and innovative environment.

  • University degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience from executing and leading quantitative market research projects.
  • Excellent capabilities in survey data analytics, e.g. highly experienced in SPSS, Q research, Stata, R.
  • Good capabilities in visualization, charting and presenting data, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, and ability to build and develop a collaborative and engaged team culture within commercial project teams.
  • Experience in brand measurements and analytics, e.g. brand association measures, key driver analysis.
  • Business proficient written and spoken Swedish and English.
