HR Coordinator

We are now looking for a skilled and passionate HR Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. It’s a role for you that has a strong desire to create the best employee experience there is.

The role is full-time and based in our Stockholm office, but you will also work internationally with our colleagues in Singapore and United States.

The role

As an HR Coordinator at Lynxeye, you will get the opportunity to work broadly within the HR scope, and we currently have a strong focus on recruitment and employer branding. It’s an exciting time for us, and we hope to add your talent to the journey!

Recruitment and employer branding

  • Help define and drive Lynxeye’s employer branding initiatives together with the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Create job ads that attract suitable candidates, while spreading the word by identifying and managing relevant recruitment channels for different positions.
  • Take part in and drive parts of the recruitment process, ensuring that we have the best possible candidate experience.

Employer Value Proposition

  • Participate in continuous work to develop the best possible employee experience.
  • Suggest and drive ideas to improve the working environment in terms of productivity, retention, health, well-being, and fun.

Administration and guidelines

  • Take part in the implementation of a new HR system.
  • Develop policies and guidelines within the HR area.
  • Help update and maintain records of personnel-related data.

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Broad knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Methodical and delivering with attention to detail.
  • A professional mindset and ability to easily connect with people.
  • Own drive to develop, curious and proactive.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Business proficient written and spoken Swedish and English.
