Anna Björk, Head of Changemakers

What brought you to Lynxeye back in 2016?

I worked with marketing and brand management at Procter & Gamble from both Stockholm, Sweden and Gevena, Switzerland. But after this experience of almost a decade, I decided to change paths and become a management consultant.

I did an internship at Lynxeye during my studies at Stockholm School of Economics and the insight-driven approach appealed to me. So, it was an easy decision when the opportunity to join Lynxeye as a Senior Team Leader arose.

And I haven’t regretted it since! Both when working with client projects, and now when I focus on developing our people and our business, it’s so rewarding to work with curious, brilliant and fun people to create a better tomorrow.

What is the most satisfying part of your work?

That must be the cultivating growth in people and talent. I’m passionate about ensuring the future of the company by managing engagement, sustainability and empowerment of our Changemakers.

What inspires you most at the moment?

I’m leading an amazing team of Strategy Consultants, Designers, Insights Consultants and various experts who, with diverse skillsets, are realizing clients’ transformations.

So it is impossible to only pick one thing! I’ll pick two instead. We are currently on an exciting expansion-journey where the best part is to work with attracting, recruiting and retaining changemakers of all skills. And the second one must be working with our offering to develop our products and methodologies and nurturing our skills expertise.
