The list is compiled yearly by business publication Dagens Industri, the leading business magazine in Sweden, and the prerequisites of a ”Gazelle Company” are the following:
- Published +4 year accounts
- More than €1 million sales
- More than 10 employees
- Continuous sales growth past 3 years
- Double sales past 3 years
- Positive bottom-line past 4 years
- Predominantly organic growth
- Overall sound finances
